Tierra del Rey is a luxury rental community consisting of one large four-story building containing 123 units and a smaller three-story, wood framed building, containing 47 units, on a separate (non-contiguous) adjacent parcel.  The residential building structures on the larger site are designed around an integrated, on-grade, four-story concrete parking structure providing direct level garage access to the individual units.  The smaller structure is constructed over one level of parking structure. Tierra del Rey is located within the area know as Marina del Rey, within the city of Los Angeles market, know for its elite waterfront location and for being Los Angeles’ premier pleasure boat harbor.
