South Village
Village Partners is working on redevelopment of a parcel of approximately 12 acres in Claremont, a major portion of the Village South Specific Plan. Only ¼ mile from the Claremont Metrolink and Future Gold Line Station, South Village will be a transit-oriented mixed-use development. The project will provide a mix of uses including housing, retail, office, public market, public plaza, and public green space.
The project is being designed and developed with special attention to the historic preservation and adaptive reuse, active mobility and connectivity, inclusivity and sustainability. South Village will provide a diverse range of walkable and highly-amenitized housing options.
